Agave syrup or coconut blossom syrup
Cut cacao into very small pieces. For Energizing Yoga or a daily cup of cacao, 12-18g of cacao per person. For a cacao ceremony, 30-40g cacao per person.
Place cacao in a saucepan and turn cooker to medium. Wait until the cacao slowly melts a little, but does not burn,
Add water. One cup of water per person (approx. 1 dl).
Stir with a whisk and let the cacao simmer on medium heat.
Add a pinch of cinnamon, vanilla etc. as desired.
Caution! The cacao should not be heated above 60 degrees, otherwise important ingredients are lost. Ideal temperature 48-50 degrees.
