Our program is divided into 5 classes, each lasting 90 minutes. During these sessions, you will delve into various aspects of emotional awareness and growth. Additionally, within this timeframe, you will have time to schedule a private 1-1 emotional bodywork sessions, tailored to your individual needs and progress throughout the program.

  • 1st class - Introduction to Emotions: Establish a foundation for understanding emotions, identifying their importance, and exploring the components of emotional intelligence.

  • 3rd class - Joy: Cultivate a deeper understanding of joy, explore techniques for emotional expression, and foster empathy.
